Sunfab SCM M2 is a range of robust axial piston motors especially suitable for winch-, slewing-, wheel- and track drives.
Sunfab SCM M2 is of the bent-axis type with spherical pistons. The design results in a compact motor with few moving parts, high starting torque and high reliability.
The SCM M2 covers the entire displacement range 47-90 cm3/rev at a maximum working pressure of 40 MPa.
Sunfab SCM M2’s well dimensioned, double tapered roller bearings permit high shaft loads and lead to excellent speed characteristics.

The dual-flow pump provides a more versatile and lower priced overall solution as compared to a conventional arrangement with two pumps and a drive gearbox. When fitted with a torque limiting valve it can supply a small flow at high pressure or a combined large flow at a lower pressure.

An SL pump with a Savtec valve makes it possible to regulate the fixed displacement of the SL pump so that it only supplies oil when required. Since the pump does not produce any flow or pressure when the Savtec valve is closed, it does not exert any load on the power take-off and therefore allows switching while the power take-off is still engaged.
The Savtec pump can be controlled remotely, from a panel switch, or automatically by means of an manual brake or pressure sensor, for example.
The Savtec pump also acts as an emergency stop in case of hose failure. For example, a switch that is operated by the driver of a forestry loader allows the hydraulic system to be shut down quickly in event of a hose failure.

BY-Pass
The BY-PASS VALVE is to be used directly mounted on the SC pump series. It is used when the pump is mounted on a power take-off, which is not connectable/disconnectable, on vehicles equipped with hydraulic equipment, which must be able to be manoeuvred during the trip.
The BY-PASS VALVE short-circuits the oil flow directly at the pump, which is thereby released of pressure. Only a small amount of oil circulates so that the pump is cooled. When a closed-centre valve or a valve with a high circulation pressure is used, a separat cooling line must be installed.

Injektor K-JET 2
The Sunfab Hydraulics injector makes it easy to set up closed hydraulic circuits.
Normally injection pumps and high pressure feed pumps, which are responsible for the cooling and filter circuits and which compensate for oil losses in the main circuit, are used in closed hydrostatic drive systems. The circuit is fitted with a pressure relief valve.
The same function can be performed more simply and with less installation work by the Sunfab injector K - JET 2. The K - JET 2 has no moving parts, is not mechanically driven and is therefore maintenance-free.

Splitter gearboxes
Large or divided flow demand
Hydraulic systems with a number of flows can easily be created with SUNFAB piston pumps mounted on a splitter gearbox.
The SZ-series gives several options regarding the flow with its two separate transmission ratios 1:1.18 and 1:1.54. The splitter gearbox have two pump ports for direct mounting.

Oil Tank
Sunfab offers its own range of hydraulic oil tanks ST 250 with a number of functional improvements necessary for high performance hydraulic systems.
Sunfab ST 250 radically reduces the air mixture in the hydraulic oil with an oil pipe around the return filter and a tried and tested baffle plate design. Air mixture is the main reason behind noise and cavitation of the pump.
Sunfab ST 250 features an external breathing filter, which is fitted in a protected position to reduce the risk of clogging. The filter is connected to the tank via a hose.
Sunfab ST 250 is supplied complete with correctly dimensioned connections, filter and brackets.
The oil tank is available in two different materials:
ST 250 A in aluminium
ST 250 S in stainless steel.

Diod gate
Sunfab diode gate is an assembly set for simultaneous electrical control of directional valves and activation of the pump flow via a By-Pass or Savtec valve.
Sunfab diode gate is primarily intended for electrical assembly on combination vehicles with engine mounted power take offs and one or two flows SC with By-Pass or SL with electrical controlled Savtec.
The Sunfab diode gate can connect 5 double acting or 10 single acting hydraulic functions to the By-Pass or electrical Savtec.

Strainer
Sunfab strainer for separate installation on the suction pipe.
Sunfab strainer type 150 is an inexpensive guarantee against operational stoppage due to contaminants such as welding blobs, brazing flakes, etc, which can often occur in the system, especially after new installations.
It is single use but can be flushed clean if necessary.
Sunfab strainer type 150 functions as a coarse filter and does not replace the normal return filter.
Sunfab strainer is intended for pump type SL and it must not be used with pump type SC because of the increased pressure in the suction pipe.
